Trade Requests
All trade submissions are reviewed individually. Submission of a trade request does not guarantee acceptance or store credit.
Accepted Items
We currently accept select newborn and toddler footwear, apparel, and essentials in gently re-loved condition. Items must be clean, free from major stains, odors, excessive wear, or damage.
Trade Credit
Approved items may receive Step-Up Credit to use toward future purchases. Credit amounts are determined based on brand, condition, demand, and inventory needs.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may only be available in select areas and is subject to scheduling availability.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers shipping trade items are responsible for packaging and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Product Condition
All items sold through Next Step Baby Gear are carefully cleaned, inspected, and gently re-loved. Minor signs of wear may still be present.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of resale items, all sales are final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description.
